Your discount promo code is your order number. Terms of use for this promo code: up to two tickets per order in sectors 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. The club also kindly asks not to share this promo code widely, but to use it only for family and close friends. The promo code will be valid until the end of the regular season.

These discounts apply to any seats in the following sectors: C2, C3, C4, C5, C8, C9, C10, C11.

To enter the arena, you must have a document confirming your eligibility for the discount.

A limited number of seats are allocated for group I disabled persons with musculoskeletal impairments for each match. Each fan can receive one ticket for themselves and one ticket for an accompanying person. To inquire about ticket availability, please contact the support team at support@bc-zenit.com.

If you still can’t find the tickets, please contact customer support at support@bc-zenit.com, providing any of the following details:

— Full name of the purchaser;

— Order number;

— Email address used for the purchase.

Refunds must be requested no later than 2 hours before the start of the game for which the ticket was purchased. To request a refund:

— Follow the provided link;

— Fill out the form, including your order number, phone number, or email address.

We will approve a full refund for the order, and the service will return the money to the card used for payment within 30 business days.

Two hours after the game ends, all found items are moved to the CSC Arena storage, where they are kept for up to 30 days (food items — up to 3 days), after which they are disposed of.
