Frequently Asked Questions
Before each home game, Zenit announces the recommended arrival time — usually 1.5 to 2 hours before the start of the match. This gives you enough time to go through security, visit the Basket Park, grab a bite to eat and find your seat.
Arriving early helps you avoid long lines at the entrance, which often form right before the game starts. It saves time, reduces stress and lets you enjoy the stadium atmosphere before tip-off.
Entry to the match is available through Gates 20-23. Season ticket holders have a dedicated entrance at Gate 27, while families with young children (under 7 years old) can use a separate Gate 17.
Bringing your own food into the arena is prohibited, except for water in plastic containers up to 0.5 liters and special baby food. There are food courts on the premises, located near sections C2, C5, C8, and C11. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes and drinks to suit every taste.
The following are prohibited: weapons, pyrotechnics, sharp or cutting objects, alcohol, drugs, strongly scented or staining substances, and beverages in glass, metal or plastic containers larger than 0.5 liters. Also banned: bulky items, laser pointers, vuvuzelas (only horns and whistles are allowed), masks that prevent identification, extremist propaganda materials and any items that may disturb other spectators or participants.
The main thing is to dress comfortably and according to the weather. It’s great if you wear Blue-White-Sky Blues colors. Don’t have the right outfit? Check out the fan shop at the arena — you’ll find everything you need to support the team.
Merch can be purchased at the arena's fan shop or in our online store. We offer a wide selection — you'll definitely find something you like, for both adults and kids.
Find the nearest steward in a yellow vest — they’ll be happy to help you.
Parking is available near the arena. It’s best to arrive early to secure a spot. Sometimes parking operates in limited capacity — the club always announces this in advance.
You can still enter the arena. But you might miss the pre-game show and some of the most exciting early moments — so it's best to come early!
The game lasts for 4 quarters of 10 minutes each (actual playing time).
Breaks:
— Between the 1st and 2nd quarters — 2 minutes;
— Halftime (between the 2nd and 3rd quarters) — 15 minutes;
— Between the 3rd and 4th quarters — 2 minutes.
Including pauses, timeouts and breaks, the game usually lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours.
Also, allow some extra time to arrive early and enjoy the activities at Basket Park — there’s plenty to do before the match starts!
Yes, taking photos and videos for personal use is allowed — both in the stands and in the fan zone. Just make sure not to disturb other fans and avoid using professional equipment.
