Zenit BC's home games are held at the CSC Arena, located at Futbolnaya Alleya, 8, St. Petersburg.
Animals
Bringing animals into the CSC Arena is strictly prohibited.
ATM
There is a Gazprombank ATM available at Gate 26 in the CSC Arena.
Birthday greetings
If you wish to congratulate someone on their birthday in front of a full arena, please contact the Club by submitting a request in the designated section.
Buy ticket button not working
If you cannot access the page for a particular match to purchase tickets, it means that tickets have not yet gone on sale and you need to wait. If you have opened the match page and it says Sold Out, it means tickets are no longer available, and you may need to wait in case more become available. Please do not buy tickets from third-party websites and use only official sources: the official Zenit BC website, Yandex Afisha and Kassir.ru.
Children
Children's tickets are available for purchase on our website under the Children's tariff in sectors C2 and C11. They are intended for children up to and including 13 years old. Children under 7 years old who do not occupy a separate seat do not require a ticket.
Discount/Social tickets
Discounted tickets are available for the following categories of people: school students, university students, parents with three or more children and their children, people with disabilities (groups 1, 2, 3), pensioners, teachers and university lecturers, law enforcement and emergency service employees, doctors, figures in science and culture, government officials and civil servants, customs officers, veterans of military operations, and social welfare employees.
These tickets can be purchased in sections C2, C3, C4, C5, C8, C9, C10, and C11 under the Social tariff.
You must present the original document confirming your eligibility for a discount when entering the match.
Entry
Entry to the match is available through Gates 20-23. Season ticket holders have a dedicated entrance at Gate 27, while families with young children (under 7 years old) can use a separate Gate 17.
First aid
A medical assistance point is located in sector C8. If you require first aid, please contact a steward.
Flags
Flags no larger than 2 m x 1.5 m on a hollow plastic or wooden pole up to 2 meters long are permitted into the arena with prior approval.
Food
At matches, you can buy ice cream near sectors C10 and C11. Water, burgers, popcorn, and other food are available at the cafes near sectors C8 and C11.
Free seating
The Club's management reserves the right to sell tickets with free seating. If your seat is occupied by someone with a free seating ticket, please resolve the matter peacefully or contact a steward.
Group discounts
For groups of 5-10 people, a 10% discount is available; for 11-20 people — 20%; and for groups of 21 or more — 30%. You can apply for a group discount on our website.
Lost and found
Within 30 minutes after the end of the match, all lost items are transferred to the cloakroom area. After that, they are stored at the CSC Arena reception for 30 days from the date of the match.
Mother and child room
The mother and child room is located on the second floor, inside the women’s toilet near sections C3 and C4.
Parking
On Zenit BC match days, free parking P21 is available for spectators at Futbolnaya Alleya, 8, St. Petersburg.
On days when Zenit BC and Zenit FC matches coincide, access to the parking lot may be restricted. Please check the Club’s official website and social media for updates.
Prohibited items
The following items are prohibited at Zenit BC home games: any type of weapon, mock-ups or imitation weapons, sharp and cutting objects, markers, flammable and pyrotechnic substances, snus, wind instruments (including vuvuzelas), alcoholic beverages, drinks in cans, Tetra Pak, or glass containers, drinks in containers larger than 0.5 liters, narcotics, poisonous and toxic substances, laser pointers, glassware, large bags, sports paraphernalia, flags larger than 1.5 m x 2 m, flagpoles made of metal, stickers, posters unrelated to the event or containing offensive language.
Public transportation
You can reach the CSC Arena by public transport: the Zenit and Krestovsky Ostrov metro stations are within walking distance of the arena.
Refunds
You can request a refund for purchased tickets. If the ticket was bought through bc-zenit.com/en/tickets or afisha.yandex.ru, you must process the refund through the Yandex Afisha service, since the Zenit BC website uses the Yandex Tickets widget.
Refunds must be requested no later than 2 hours before the start of the match.
To request a refund:

— Fill out the form indicating your order number, phone number, or email address.
We will approve a full refund for the order, and the service will return the money to the card used for payment within 30 business days.
Re-entry
One guest cannot enter the arena twice with the same ticket. However, in extreme cases, the ticket can be scanned at the exit and re-used to re-enter.
Seating
Only individuals with a ticket for a specific seat may occupy it. Only the Club's management and administration have the authority to reassign seats. If there are any issues, please contact a steward or resolve the matter peacefully.
Season ticket
Season tickets can be purchased on our website. Season ticket holders have access to a separate Gate 27.
Security check
In accordance with Russian Government Decree № 1156, a security check will be carried out by stewards at the entrance zone.
Smoking
Smoking any substances is prohibited on the premises of the CSC Arena.
Storage room
If you have prohibited items, you can leave them at the free storage room near Gate 25.
Store
The Club merchandise store is located in the arena's foyer near sectors C8 and C9 on match days. Club merchandise can also be purchased online in our internet store.

Tickets can be purchased on our website.
Ticket office
On match days, a ticket office operates at Gate 24.
Ticket resale
Reselling tickets for Zenit BC home games is prohibited. If cases of resale are discovered, ticket sales for the individual may be restricted.
Toilets
Restrooms are located on the first floor of the entrance zone and on the second floor near sectors C3 and C4.
Water
You are allowed to bring water in a plastic bottle no larger than 0.5 liters per person into the match.
Wheelchair users
