In August 2022, Dimitrijevic was loaned to UNICS Kazan. The guard soon became one of the team’s leaders and, in his very first season in Russia, won the VTB United League and the Russian Championship, was named MVP of the VTB League playoffs. In the summer of 2023, he terminated his contract with Valencia and continued playing for UNICS. In his second season in Russia, Dimitrijevic was named MVP of the regular season, ranked second in total points scored (928), and became the playoff leader in both points (17.6) and assists (7.5). Kazan once again reached the VTB League finals, this time securing silver medals.
The Macedonian player spent the 2024/25 season at Olimpia Milano, and in the summer of 2025 Neno Dimitrijevic joined Zenit.
During the first half of the 2025/26 season, Dimitrijević appeared in 10 VTB United League games, averaging 11.5 points, 5.7 assists, 2.9 rebounds, and 0.5 steals per game. In the WINLINE Basket Cup, he played three games, posting averages of 6.3 points, 3.0 assists, 2.0 rebounds, and 0.7 steals. In January 2026, Neno joined FC Bayern Basketball Munich on loan, where he finished the season competing in both the German League and the EuroLeague.
In June 2026, the guard left Zenit.
