Zenit beat Uralmash and qualified for the Russian Cup final

On Friday, March 15, in Ekaterinburg, the Final Four of the Russian Cup began. In the first match, Pari Nizhny Novgorod defeated MBA and for the second year in a row reached the final; our team had the opportunity to do the same — to achieve this, it was necessary to defeat Uralmash, for whom the final stage of the national cup was held at home.

Zenit started the match strongly and already had a 20-point lead in the opening quarter. In the second quarter, Uralmash fought back and narrowed the gap to -3, but before the halftime, Zenit pulled away again, leading by the same 20 points by the end of the third quarter. The final score — 78:58.

Our team advanced to the final of the Russian Cup, where we will meet Nizhny Novgorod.
