The American guard joined Zenit's first team in February 2023 and, over the course of four memorable seasons, was one of the leaders of the Blue-White-Sky Blues. During his time in St. Petersburg, Frazier entered the club's prestigious Club 100, making 210 official appearances — the fourth-highest total in Zenit's history. Since January 2026, Trent had served as the team's captain.
Over four seasons with Zenit, Frazier won the Russian Cup and the VTB United League Supercup, claimed silver and bronze medals in both the VTB United League and the Russian Championship, and lifted the Kondrashin and Belov Cup three times. He also earned numerous individual honors, being named MVP of the Russian Cup Final Four twice (2023, 2024), VTB United League MVP of the Month for February in both 2025 and 2026, and MVP of the 2026 VTB United League All-Star Game.
During the 2025/26 season, Frazier appeared in 52 VTB United League regular season and playoff games, averaging 12.7 points, 5.3 assists, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.3 steals per game. In the WINLINE Basket Cup, he played 7 games and averaged 12.1 points, 3.4 assists, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.4 steals per contest.
