Okaro White: "We are focused on the game two"

In an interview for Zenit TV, blue-whites forward Okaro White shared his emotions from the victory over PARMA (102:68) in the first match of the quarterfinal series of the VTB United League.

— Okaro, congratulations on the first win. How do you feel?

— I think we played well today. We got another game in 48 hours, so this game is over, we are focused on the game two. We're still 0:0 in my mind.

— What was the key moment today for Zenit?

— We continued to figure it out on defense. Second half, I thought we started the third quarter really good on defense. I think that was the key for us.

— Such a low scoring game for PARMA. Was it a goal for you to play brilliantly in defense?

— I think so. They packed in a lot. We wanted to shoot the ball well today. Alexey Shved, he made some passes. He missed some passes too, though. But, you know, we got a game two, so everything will be good.

— We have almost no time for recovery and how do you feel physically overall?

— I feel good. I'm always going to feel good. That's just me since I was a kid. I'm always going to be good. I think we're in good rhythm. These last 10 days were very good for us. We worked hard.

— Are there any kind of surprises left in your tank for game two?

— Everything is left in the tank. I mean, this is what we get paid for, the playoffs, you know, to win. So, we professional players and we got to figure it out for game two.
