Zenit-2 will face Barnaul away

The reserve team continues its away game series across Siberian cities. Following a victory over Novosibirsk (66:73), Oliver Popovic's squad will face Barnaul in the 18th round of the regular season of the Fonbet Super League.


Zenit-2 enters the Saturday clash as one of the league leaders, sharing the top 1-3 spots with CSKA-2 from Moscow and Temp-SUMZ from Revda."Barnaul, on the other hand, holds 7th place in the standings with 8 wins and 9 losses.


In their last game, Alexander Gerasimov's team defeated league underdog Dynamo Grozny at home with a score of 70:64. The standout player for the Siberians in that match was team captain Maxim Beloshapko, who scored 19 points, grabbed 3 rebounds and made 2 steals.
