Zenit pre-season schedule
The preseason starts in mid-August with medical examination, after which the training process will begin at the Zenit Basketball Academy.
On August 24 Zenit will play a friendly game against the Russian Superleague member Tambov. The last meeting between the teams ended in a 90-58 victory for the blue-whites in the Russian Cup 1/8 finals.
The team will practice in St. Petersburg until August 25, after that they will go to Turkey for a week-long training camp, where they will play three friendly matches.
Immediately after the Turkish stage, on September 5 and 6, the annual Vladimir Kondrashin and Alexander Belov Cup will be held at CSC Arena. In addition to the hosts, Pari Nizhny Novgorod, UNICS and MBA-MAI will also participate in the competition. Information on the tournament schedule and ticket sales will be announced later.
From September 12 to 14, Xavi Pascual's squad will play in the VTB United League Supercup. The participants of the tournament will be Serbian Crvena Zvezda, CSKA, Lokomotiv Kuban, as well as Turkish Besiktas and UNICS, with whom Zenit will play in the group stage.
The VTB United League regular season starts for our team on September 21 with a home match-up against MBA-MAI (Moscow). Season tickets and tickets for the first games will go on sale in the mid of August.
