Jure Drakslar is joining Zenit as a strength and conditioning coach

Slovenian strength and conditioning coach Jure Drakslar has joined our team.

In the past seasons, Drakslar worked at UNICS Kazan, where he won gold medals in the VTB United League. He has a total of 19 years of experience working with athletes in swimming, rowing, and, of course, basketball. Jure has been a strength and conditional coach in clubs in Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and since 2018, he has been working in Russia, first at Khimki Moscow region, and then at UNICS.

Since 2019, Jure Drakslar has been personally working with the star of the Slovenian national team and the NBA, Luka Doncic, during the off-season.

At Zenit, he replaces Yaroslav Yalovchuk, who is leaving our club.
