Alexander Porotnikov — MVP of the VTB United Youth League regular season

Zenit U21 guard Alexander Porotnikov has been named the Most Valuable Player of the 2025/26 VTB United Youth League regular season. Additionally, the player was selected to the Team of the Season.

For the Blue-White-Sky Blues basketball Academy product, this is already his third individual award this season — earlier, Alexander was named MVP of November and February, and he was also included in the Team of the Month three times.

In the recently completed regular season, Porotnikov played in 34 games, averaging 15.9 points, 5.0 assists, 4.1 rebounds, 2.0 steals, and 20.1 efficiency rating points in 23.5 minutes per game. This time, Zenit U21 became the regular season champion of the VTB United Youth League for the first time in club history, recording 47 wins in 52 games (90.4%).
