Trent Frazier named February MVP in the VTB United League

Zenit captain Trent Frazier has been named the MVP of February in the VTB United League. This marks the American guard’s third individual award in the competition — he was previously named MVP of February in the 2024/25 season and recently received the 2026 All-Star Game MVP trophy.

Last month, the Blue-White-Sky Blues secured five wins in five VTB League games, which allowed Dejan Radonjić’s team to strengthen its hold on 3rd place in the standings. The St. Petersburg side began February with home victories over Samara, Enisey, and MBA-MAI, and followed that up with important road wins against Uralmash and BETCITY PARMA.

Frazier, now serving as team captain, appeared in all of Zenit’s February games, starting each one and averaging 16.8 points, 4.8 assists, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.6 steals for an efficiency rating of 19.6. The guard was also named to the Team of the Week once during the month. Trent shared his thoughts after receiving the MVP award:

Thank you to my teammates for helping me achieve this award. Thank you VTB League for choosing me for this month, it is an honor. I think we are getting better each day. We are playing at a very high level right now and it is showing in the results. We are playing really hard and competing together. We have to continue to stay focused and stay on the right path.
