Aleksander Sekulic: "Now it's very important to find roles and team chemistry"

Zenit head coach Aleksander Sekulic summed up the results of the VTB United League SuperCup semifinal against Dubai (107:103) in which the Blue-White-Sky Blues managed to win back the gap of 19 points.

— Coach, congratulations for the last two minutes that changed the face of the game. Share your thoughts after the end of the match.

— Okay, it was not just the last two minutes. I think it was overall a good game: high-scoring game, a lot of points. I cannot say it was a bad defense, but I think there is a big quality, especially on the Dubai team. They have amazing scorers. We struggled to handle them, it was tough. Maybe we got lucky somewhere, but we won the game.

— This is another time, a real opportunity before the beginning of the season to find the roles, to find the chemistry in the team. How do you see your team?

— I mean, like you said, it's very important now to find these roles, chemistry, to understand what we want to do, how we want to do it. There's a lot of mistakes we need to fix, but like you said, it's the beginning of the season, we have to build on this. We know how to do it, we just need to execute.
