Zenit visited an orphanage in the village of Siversky

The head coach of Zenit U21 Roman Knyazev and forward of the main team Pavel Zemskiy came to visit the children at the orphanage. Currently, 45 children aged 7 to 18 live and study at the center.
After a brief introduction and some communication, Pavel Zemskiy led a warm-up session for the children, followed by fun basketball competitions. The children were divided into two teams and competed in speed and agility under the guidance of the "Zenit" players. In a tough match, of course, friendship won — the final score was 4:4!

After the sports activities, the guests presented the children with gifts collected together with fans and the main team as part of the charitable campaign held on January 15 during the home match Zenit — Pari Nizhny Novgorod. The club’s partner, the company Chistaya Liniya also donated ice cream for all the children.

Pavel ZemskIy, forward of Zenit:
After visiting the orphanage, I have the warmest impressions. The children greeted us with smiles, and the atmosphere was filled with joy and warmth. I believe that such events are very important, and I recommend to everyone who wants to make a positive change in children’s lives to visit an orphanage. I am very glad that our club organizes such events, and we have the opportunity to participate and give the children bright emotions.
