Artem Komogortsev and Roman Knyazev held a meeting with young basketball players in Moscow
On June 1, as part of the Russia International Exhibition and Forum, an open question-and-answer dialogue was held in the Gazprom pavilion on the possibilities of sports and personal development, which is facilitated by the Gazprom for Children project.
The participants were the head coaches of the Zenit Basketball Academy — Artem Komogortsev (Zenit-M youth team) and Roman Knyazev (Zenit-UOR #1 children's youth team), as well as athletes from the Kursk region and their coaches.
The program of the event included a visit to the Gazprom pavilion, as well as a lecture hall with blue-whites mentors. Thus, the children were given a tour of the pavilion, during which they were told about the benefits that Gazprom brings to our country. The children learned a lot about gas and oil, about the company's future plans, and about the employees who work in different regions of Russia.
After the tour, the young basketball players went to a lecture hall, where two head coaches who managed to lead their teams to gold medals at the championships answered all their questions and shared the secrets of sportsmanship. The children had a very lively conversation with their mentors, and the time flew by unnoticed. After the lecture, an autograph and photo shoot sessions took place, as well as the distribution of gifts — souvenirs with Gazprom's brand symbols to children.
