Zenit Basketball Club Board of Directors holds its first meeting in new composition

On Friday, July 10, the newly appointed Board of Directors of Zenit Basketball Club held its first meeting.

During the meeting, the Board considered the election of the Chairman and Secretary of the Board of Directors, approved the club's objectives for the 2026/27 season, reviewed and approved the proposed budget for the 2026/27 season, approved the audit of the club's financial and business activities for 2026 and the appointment of the auditor, and considered matters related to the terms of signing and terminating player contracts.

All agenda items were reviewed in full, and the corresponding resolutions were adopted. The Board also issued directives for the club's further development, including increasing attendance at home games and growing revenue generated by the club's own activities.

As in previous years, no proposals regarding remuneration for members of the Board of Directors were submitted or approved during the meeting.
