"It all started with defense": Radonjić and Uzinskiy on the victory in Saratov
Zenit head coach Dejan Radonjić summed up the VTB United League away game against Saratov’s Avtodor, which ended with a score of 64:95 in favor of the St. Petersburg team.
— Except the first 10 minutes we played well. In the first quarter we did a lot of mistakes on both ends. After that we controlled the game and then one more win for us. So we need to think about the next opponent.

Blue-White-Sky Blues forward Dmitry Uzinskiy analyzed the course of the game and explained what helped the team stabilize the situation on the court after a tight start.
— We came here to win. The start didn’t go well for us; it was a nervous beginning. We were losing rebounds, giving away easy points after pick-and-rolls, and they scored three or four uncontested dunks. Then we stepped up defensively, and that’s where our game started to come together. We began scoring easy points — making extra passes and finishing simple shots. We turned the game around — it all started with defense.
