Xavi Pascual named 2024/25 VTB United League Coach of the Year

Zenit's head coach Xavi Pascual has been recognized as the best coach of the 2024/25 season in the VTB United League. Under the leadership of the Spanish specialist, blue-whites secured the regular season title ahead of schedule for the second time in the club's history. The first time, back in 2021, also came under Pascual's guidance.

This season, the team also set a new club record for consecutive wins and reached the semifinals, riding an impressive 23-game winning streak. Before the first home game of the semifinal, Xavi Pascuall received his award from the United League's CEO, Ilona Korstin.

Including playoff games, Zenit has so far won 42 out of 47 matches.
