Josip Miliša began his professional coaching career with Croatian club Sonic Puntamika, where he served as a strength and conditioning coach during the 2020/21 season. Russian basketball fans are familiar with the specialist from his work with Enisey Krasnoyarsk and Samara.
In the summer of 2026, Miliša joined Duško Ivanović's coaching staff at Zenit.
