Kyle Kuric had an excellent high school career, after which he joined the NCAA team at the University of Louisville. He spent four years there, making a notable impact, earning several individual awards, and reaching the March Madness tournament three times. His teammate on the team at that time was Peyton Siva, who would also go on to have a successful career in Europe.
Louisville reached the NCAA Final Four only once, in Kyle's final season at the university. However, Kuric was selected to the All-Conference First Team and was the team's leading scorer.
Kyle Kuric began his professional career in 2012 with Estudiantes in Spain, but after two seasons, he moved up to Gran Canaria. He played in the EuroCup with the team from Las Palmas and, after another outstanding season in Europe, he transferred to Zenit. Kuric won over the fans in St. Petersburg and also caught the attention of the management of Barcelona, who lured him to Catalonia. He spent five years there, winning several championship titles, and in the summer of 2023, he returned to St. Petersburg once again, where he became the VTB United League bronze medalist, a winner of the Supercup, and the Kondrashin and Belov Cup.
