After going undrafted in the 2016 NBA Draft, Miller-McIntyre started his professional career in Belgium. In his first season, he became both the top scorer and the assist leader in the national championship, after which he signed a contract with Parma. A good year in the VTB United League allowed him to sign a contract in the NBA G League, but early in the season, Cody decided to return to Russia and joined Zenit.
