"We expected a tough match — we got it": Pascual and Zhbanov — about the victory in Saratov

Zenit head coach Xavi Pascual commented on the away victory over Avtodor (84:88) in the match of the 13th round of the regular season. He noted several game moments that caused difficulties in today's game.

Thanks Avtodor for this nice game, they are making amazing job, I said in some words before to come here that it's going to be very difficult because I love this coach, I love this team, they play very well. We suffered a lot, offensively I think more or less we did good game but defensively all the game we were suffering in rebounds, in second opportunities and some isolations. But finally we won this game and the most important today is to take this win and to come back home.

Guard of St. Petersburg team Georgy Zhbanov also shared his thoughts after the victory in Saratov.

Avtodor has an experienced coach, and he prepares his team well for visiting rivals. We expected a tough match — we got it. Zenit was better in small things, that's why we won.
