Trent Frazier: "We did a good job of just making them shoot tough shots"
— Trent, first of all we congratulate you with this win. What was the key for today's performance and such a huge win?
— I think to come out with a good start, mindset defensively, try to put some stops together and run on offense. We know with Markell over there, he's explosive on offense, so he can run his team really well and make it hard on the defense, on stopping them. So I thought we did a good job of just making them shoot tough shots. Of course, any good scorer is going to score, but I thought we did a good job trying to contain them our best. But defensively, I thought we did a good job being solid throughout the whole game and sharing the ball on offense and executing our play as well.
— You stopped just one point behind the 100 points mark. Are you satisfied with such a result, or maybe you're disappointed because you didn't grab that victory with 100 points?
— As long as we win the game, I mean, you remember basketball is the same. You went by one point, 40 points. It's the same as the wind goes in the wind column. And it's good for us. We keep, we gotta just continue to do the same thing every day, mentally, go practice hard and just come in with that mindset of every game. When we step out to play hard and try to, you know, put another win the wind column. So, like I said, you went by 40 points or one point, it's all the same. As long as you come out with a win on the road, it's always a good feeling.
— On Wednesday, we're going to play at home. So why should our fans attend this game and why should it be a full house?
— We've been on the road for a while. It's basically our homecoming. We need our fans back in there. We miss playing in home arena. So it would be great to run out there and see the gym really, really filled, exciting, and really loud for that night. Home game. We haven't played in a while. Like I said, I think we're at a good mark in the season right now. We're starting to connect really well, playing together, having fun. I hope to see a lot of Zenit fans in the game Wednesday and make it as loud as it can be.
