Igor Volkhin stays at Zenit!

Zenit extended the contract with Igor Volkhin for two more years. The new agreement with the forward will be valid until the end of the 2025/26 season.
In four years in St. Petersburg, Igor became the VTB United League champion, a two-time winner of the United League Super Cup, the Russian Cup champion and a three-time winner of the Kondrashin and Belov Cup.
The forward participated in 126 matches in the blue-whites jersey. In the last season Igor appeared on the floor in 38 VTB United League games, 5 times it was in the starting lineup. Volkhin averaged 3.8 points, 2.4 rebounds, 0.3 assists per game. The average figures in 6 games of the Russian Cup were 8.3 ppg, 5.7 rpg and 0.5 apg.
