Xavi Pascual is now the most winning coach in club's history

Spanish coach Xavi Pascual has set another record and left his mark in the history of Zenit in another category. The victory over Tambov marked the 146th win for the coach with our team, making him the most successful coach in the club's history.

Before Pascual, this title belonged to former Zenit head coach Vasily Karasev, who secured 145 victories with the team. He achieved this in 221 matches, while Xavi celebrated success 146 times in 213 games.

The Spaniard won 97 times in the United League, 38 times in the Euroleague, 5 times in the Russian Cup, and also took 6 victories in the VTB United League Supercup.
