Zenit and Andre Roberson to continue together

Andre Roberson will remain with Zenit for the upcoming season after both the club and the American forward declined to exercise the contract's opt-out clause.

Roberson joined the Blue-White-Sky Blues ahead of the 2025/26 campaign. During his first season in St. Petersburg, he won silver at the VTB United League Supercup, lifted the officially recognized Kondrashin and Belov Cup, and helped Zenit reach the WINLINE Basket Cup Final Four. In five games in the tournament, Andre averaged 4.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 1.0 steals per game.

In the VTB United League, Zenit finished just one step away from the medals, with Roberson serving as one of the team's key contributors. Across 39 regular season and playoff games, he averaged 9.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.2 steals, and 0.9 blocks per game.
