Georgy Zhbanov received the Defensive Player of the Year award in his 150th match for Zenit

Forward Georgy Zhbanov has played his 150th game for the Zenit Basketball Club.

The milestone for the player came in the sixth game of the VTB United League semifinal against UNICS (73:78), in which he recorded 7 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block shot. Before the start of the match, Zhbanov received the award for the VTB League Defensive Player of the Year in the 2025/26 season.

Just recently, Zhora surpassed the one thousand point mark for the Blue-White-Sky Blues and now has 1012 points. The forward also has 502 rebounds, 178 assists, 166 steals, and 51 blocks to his credit.
