Trent Frazier: "I'm very disappointed in our performance as a team today"

Zenit captain Trent Frazier commented on the home loss to Uralmash (69:82) and answered questions from the media during the postgame press conference. The matchup was part of Round 38 of the VTB United League regular season.

— Frustrating. They came here and bullied us. I'm very disappointed. We've got to be better. Especially, we've got CSKA coming up here, on Friday. That's going to be a tough game for us, so we've got to clean some things up.

As far as this game, I need to focus on the next game. I'm very disappointed in our performance as a team today. We let them come in here and beat us.

— You've got a stretch of home games against CSKA in WINLINE Basket Cup then UNICS and CSKA in the VTB League. How do you plan to prepare for such a series in order to show a good performance?

— Game by game, obviously two different opponents, two different play styles. We just have to be mentally tough. I think that's where it is. When we were physical and tough throughout the whole game, it's tough to beat us. But when we play back soft, we don't look so great. So obviously that showed we need to be better as a team.

— In the middle of the fourth quarter you exchanged a few words with Timofey Gerasimov from Uralmash and could you light up just a few words that you were exchanging between each other?

— I don't remember the exchange. We talked a few times. I think it was just talking about a foul or something.
