Zenit BC and Gazprombank extend cooperation agreement

Zenit Basketball Club is pleased to announce the extension of its strategic partnership with Gazprombank, one of Russia's largest universal banks. In 2024, Gazprombank became the club's official partner. The successful and fruitful collaboration has resulted in the prolongation of this relationship.

Zenit BC and Gazprombank first signed an agreement in December 2024. In 2025, the parties jointly worked on improving the financial literacy of fans, delighted them with activations featuring cultural figures, enhanced communication with supporters, and created a comfortable environment for business negotiations in the club's business lounge.

On Tuesday, January 27, Zenit BC and Gazprombank officially extended their relationship. The signing ceremony for the agreement took place at the CSC Arena before the match against Saratov's Avtodor.

Head of the partner programs department at Gazprombank's communications and marketing division Dmitry Chertov stated that he was satisfied with the first stage of the relationship.

— Zenit is a strategic partner for us, and basketball is one of the most important sports. We hope that Zenit will showcase its best achievements this year. The past year was fruitful; we implemented a number of joint special projects. This year, we will strengthen and expand our partnership.

Zenit BC CEO Alexander Tserkovny spoke about the results of the first joint year of work and predicted even greater success for the tandem's activities in 2026.

— The new agreement differs in that we are expanding the partnership; there will be more activations. It's very pleasant that Gazprombank, an organization close to us in terms of corporate structure, is becoming increasingly involved in basketball. The partnership, which began last season, will gradually grow. It would be great if someday we could announce that Gazprombank has acquired the status of a title sponsor.
