Zenit vs BETCITY PARMA. Preview
Opponent
In recent rounds, the Urals team has been in great form. After starting the season with losses to UNICS and Pari NN, Evgeny Pashutin’s squad went on a five-game winning streak. The run began with a home victory over CSKA (83:80), followed by wins against Avtodor, Samara (twice), and MBA-MAI in their latest game. This successful stretch has allowed the visitors to climb to 3rd place in the standings.
Tomorrow’s game will feature the two highest-scoring teams in the VTB United League. The Perm side averages 88.6 points per game, while the St. Petersburg team scores 89.8. However, PARMA has the better shooting percentage — 50.2% from the field compared to Zenit’s 48.7%.
Given the strong roster assembled by the Urals team this season, as well as their current form, the game at CSC Arena promises to be an intense one.

Head-to-head
Last season, the teams faced each other seven times — in both the regular season and playoffs — with all games ending in victories for the Blue-White-Sky Blues. In total, the two teams have met 27 times, with St. Petersburg holding a commanding lead in the series, 24–3.

Direct speech
Zenit head coach Aleksander Sekulic shared his thoughts ahead of tomorrow’s matchup:
PARMA has a very well balanced team frontcourt and backcourt. They're playing good basketball. They won five games in a row (and six in all tournaments). Even they beat CSKA at home. So they are a team who play aggressive defense. They want to run a lot in the fast break, score easy points. They have a couple of guys that can score one-on-one anytime. So we're gonna have to play a great defense, great team defense and to stay focused on the things we want to execute.
Who. Where. When.
