Welcome, Neno!
The Blue-White-Sky Blues have signed a contract with Nenad Dimitrijevic (191 cm, 79 kg). The agreement with the 27-year-old Macedonian guard is valid for 2 years — until the end of the 2026/27 season.
Nenad Dimitrijevic began his basketball career playing for Fruktal from his hometown of Skopje. At a young age, he moved to Spain, where he joined the youth team of Joventut. In 2016, Dimitrijevic made his debut for the senior squad, quickly establishing himself as a promising point guard. Nenad was also called up to various youth national teams of North Macedonia. In 2021, he signed a contract with Valencia, reaching the EuroCup semifinals and securing third place in the regular season of Liga ACB.
In August 2022, Dimitrijevic was loaned to UNICS Kazan. The guard soon became one of the team’s leaders and, in his very first season in Russia, won the VTB United League and the Russian Championship. During the 2022/23 championship-winning season, Nenad played 47 games, averaging 12.8 points, 5.6 assists and 2.5 rebounds per game. The Macedonian guard played a key role in the Kazan club’s title run and was named MVP of the VTB League playoffs.
In the summer of 2023, he terminated his contract with Valencia and continued playing for UNICS. In his second season in Russia, Dimitrijevic appeared in 50 games, averaging 18.6 points, 6.9 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 1.2 steals. This time, Nenad was named MVP of the regular season, ranked second in total points scored (928), and became the playoff leader in both points (17.6) and assists (7.5). Kazan once again reached the VTB League finals, this time securing silver medals.
In the 2024/25 season, the Macedonian player joined Olimpia Milano, appearing in 42 games — 27 in the EuroLeague, where he averaged 7.6 points, 2.9 assists, 1.6 rebounds and 0.4 steals in 17 minutes per game. In the Italian League, he played 15 games, posting averages of 8.2 points, 4.1 assists, 2.7 rebounds and 0.7 steals.
