Six Academy players included in the extended Russia U20 National Team roster
The Russian Basketball Federation has announced the preliminary roster of the U20 National Team, which will undergo training from June 10 to 20 at the GoPark complex near Moscow under the leadership of head coach Roman Semerninov. Afterward, the team is scheduled for several away events.
The extended roster includes 30 players, among them are products of the Zenit Basketball Academy: guards Egor Evstafiev, Georgy Mordvinov and Alexander Porotnikov; forwards Timur Ivanov and Timofey Komissarov; as well as center Ilya Krivyh.
The coaching staff will later finalize the list to 18 athletes who will take part in the training camp.
Earlier, it was announced that Ilya Krivyh and Egor Evstafiev were also included in the extended roster of the senior Russian national team.
