Zenit-2 prepares for the second semifinal game of the Super League
Tomorrow, blue-whites reserve team will play the second game of the Fonbet Super League semifinal series against Temp-SUMZ. Just like the previous game, this matchup will take place on the opponent’s court.
The first game ended in a disappointing 71:85 loss for Zenit-2. After the match, St. Petersburg head coach Oliver Popovic noted that with 14 offensive rebounds by the hosts, 18 turnovers and a 37% shooting percentage on two-pointers, it was extremely difficult to hope for a win.

The victory in the first game allowed Temp to strengthen their advantage in head-to-head meetings — the Urals team now has 9 wins. Zenit-2's only victory in these encounters came at the start of the current season, when they defeated their opponent on the road in October with a score of 88:77.
Before the series moves to St. Petersburg, it is crucial for Oliver Popovic’s squad to take revenge in Revda and even the score.
The second game will take place on April 18 at the Temp sports complex. Tip-off is at 16:00 St. Petersburg time. The broadcast will be available on the website of the Russian Basketball Federation.
