Xavi Pascual: "We have to improve in all the scenarios if we want to win in Krasnodar"

Zenit head coach Xavi Pascual commented on the victory over Samara (115:57) during the post-match press conference, and also noted the team's progress before the next game against Lokomotiv Kuban.

— First of all, to wish all the best to Samara until the end of the season. Second, thanks to all the fans that were with us on the game. And one game that offensively we were very solid, very effective in all the scenarios. And defensively we tried to improve from our game against Astana to make one step more and to be better. And in general we were better, but for sure we have to improve in all the scenarios if we want to win in Krasnodar on Sunday.

  

— Recently, in his interview, Trent Frazier said that the current team is one of the best teams in his memory. As a coach, do you agree?

— I understand players talk what they feel, but this is not important. We are going to be the strongest team if we win, if not nothing will be for the history, we are here to make history and if we want to make history we have to win.
