PARMA vs Zenit: Tip-off time changed

By decision of the VTB United League, the start time of the 31st round regular-season game against PARMA has been changed. The away match for the blue-whites will still take place on February 8 in Perm at the Molot Sports Palace. The game will now begin at 5:30 PM St. Petersburg time.

The proposal to reschedule the start time was approved at the request of Zenit BC due to the team's flights being canceled because of adverse weather conditions.
